Gurpreet Singh

Talking about my college life, I had enjoyed my college life to the fullest and had some of the best memories. One of the best things about college life is that you get a new experience every day. In my college life, along with studying, I and my friends enjoyed a lot of other things during these college days of  my life. The canteen is supposed to be where most of the students satisfy their hunger and hang out with their friends. Another thing I loved about my college life is Annual Fests. These fests allows students to socialize with new people and showcase their talent to everyone which builds their confidence and helps them in their future.

The direction in which education starts a man will determine his future life. My college BST gives me that education to direct my professional career in the field of pharmaceutical process research & development. It was a matter of great pleasure and distinct honour to be a part of BST. I am really happy to learn that in last 15 years a new pharmacy college started with 60 students has grown up into a full fledged leading pharmacy college in West Bengal and imparted education to thousands of students from India.

It's been almost 12 years I completed my studies in Pharmacy from our college Bengal School of Technology. This institution played a very vital role in grooming my professional career. Our teachers always provided me with suitable skills required for today's competitive work environment be it skill of pharma techniques or soft skills. My four years in college is really full of good memories. Many friendships developed there & to be very frank few of them are now so close to my heart. I really miss my college days. Those years of Bengal School of Technology are treasure trove of my life.

It brings me immense joy and pleasure to be known as an Alumni of Bengal School of Technology (BST). I would like to thank BST for all the support and encouragement that I have received from everyone. Not only in education but also in other co-curricular activities, BST was always there cheering at the back. It was at BST only, where I scored a chance and got placed at Nestle via campus placement.Being a Pharmacist, I feel very proud that I got an opportunity of being a frontline warrior, as currently I am working as a Hospital Pharmacist at Ashok Nursing Home and Healthcare.
